MONDAY: Change•able People
Organizations don't change until people change. How can we enhance performance and achieve predictable results? Do we have the Right People, the Right Process, the Right Support and, most of all, the Right Commitment to implement and sustain a performance change initiative that gets results? Do we understand the key dynamics of change within people? What are some of the barriers and enablers to executing value-creating behaviors within our sales and service team – behaviors that build Integrity into every customer experience?
TUESDAY: Change•able Organizations
Change is a process and it doesn't happen easily. How can we build a purpose, a plan, and a top-down commitment to stay the course? Have we considered how we might Assess the real problem, Collaborate on an executable solution, Customize the solution to maximize relevancy, Align leadership to insure buy-in, Implement a solution that is supported within the organization, and Sustain a progress tracking and reinforcement system. Do we fully understand what really matters in a change initiative – especially a change initiative that improves an organization's customer focus?
